Finishing

Here at A-W Airflo Industries, we have a variety of deburring and finishing equipment. We offer “Time Saver” finishing for all parts using our Costa Sander. For fast and thorough deburring, we have dual Monsoon wet downdraft tables along with a collection of stroke sanders, grinders, and more. For the convenience of our customers, we also offer in-house powder coating and silk screening. A powder coat finish is ten times tougher than traditional wet paint, the the range of colors available allow such a finish to be matched to any wet paint color and texture—all without any harmful by-products. Our powder coat finishing area is well equipped with a large 10’L x 12’W x 7’H Gehnrich walk-in oven, 10’ powder containment booth, Wagner Prima Airfluid powder system with HiCoat and Spring X-1 powder guns, and a complete phosphate cleaning line. With our in-house powdercoat capability, we are able to control our production scheduling, continue to assure on-time delivery, and respond as necessary to our customers’ requests for expediting. Where many metal fabricators add extra cost and time by outsourcing silkscreening, A-W Airflo Industries offers quality in-house silkscreening to our customers. We can have screens created from artwork drawings or regular .pdf drawing prints. No matter if the design calls for standard ink colors, custom ink colors, or multiple ink colors, we take pride in our ability to produce a quality product that exceeds expectations.
